2. Personal Information We Collect

From job seekers, we collect name, date of birth, address, contact details, residence status and period of stay, educational and work history, Japanese-language ability, qualifications and licenses, the information provided in application forms and similar forms, and images such as ID photographs and residence cards. From contact persons at client companies, we collect name, affiliation, contact details and similar information.

3. Purposes of Use

• Providing services related to employment placement, worker dispatch and SSW registered support (including introducing candidates to hiring companies, scheduling interviews, and supporting employment procedures)
• Checking residence status and supporting related procedures
• Contacting you, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our services
• Procedures based on laws and regulations, and the creation and retention of records

4. Provision to Third Parties

We provide job seekers' personal information to hiring companies, dispatch destination companies, accepting organizations and similar parties, within the scope of the individual's consent, in order to provide placement, dispatch and support services. Except in such cases, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent (except where based on laws and regulations).

5. Outsourcing

We may outsource the handling of personal information to external parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, we select contractors appropriately and exercise necessary supervision over them.

6. Security Management

JTS takes reasonable security management measures, including access restrictions, to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of personal information.

7. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

If an individual requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion or suspension of use of the personal information we hold, we will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations after verifying the person's identity.
