We handle everything consistently, from introducing Specified Skilled Worker (SSW / Tokuteigino) talent to designing and implementing support plans as a Registered Support Organization. Leave residence-status checks and the various procedures to us as well.
We cover a wide range of fields, including agriculture / food service / food and beverage manufacturing / nursing care / automobile transport. We mainly introduce talent already living in Japan — current SSW holders looking to change jobs, technical intern trainees who have completed their program, and international students wishing to switch to SSW status.

We introduce Specified Skilled Worker drivers to a transport industry facing a severe driver shortage, and support their retention. (Under the SSW system, the automobile transport field is a direct-employment system — it is not dispatch.)
The biggest hurdle is converting to a Japanese license (foreign license conversion). Since October 2025, the knowledge check has been tightened to 50 questions with a 90% correct-answer requirement, making the road to obtaining a license longer. At JTS, we support the whole process consistently — from checking a candidate's license status in advance, to managing the schedule through conversion and higher-class license acquisition, to guidance on exam preparation — so that we prevent the situation of "we hired them, but they can't get a license."

About the logistics warehouse field: The "logistics warehouse" field — covering work such as sorting and picking inside warehouses — was added to the Specified Skilled Worker fields by a Cabinet decision in January 2026. At present, the intake system for the field, including the establishment of the field-specific council required for acceptance, is still being prepared. Drawing on the logistics-site experience gained through our dispatch business, JTS is preparing to begin placement for direct employment and registered support. Please contact us for details.Tell us the field, headcount, timing and conditions.
We introduce candidates whose residence status, Japanese ability and experience we have checked.
We support everything from interview scheduling to preparation of the residence-status application.
Based on the support plan, we provide continuous support for both work and daily life.
Whatever your question about hiring foreign talent — headcount, timing, costs — we are happy to help. Consultations are free.
