Our signature is a rich and creamy chicken paitan ramen — chicken bones and vegetables simmered at high heat for a collagen-rich broth full of natural chicken flavor. We also serve tonkotsu miso ramen and spicy variations. Our soupless ramen — a personal favorite of the owner himself — follows a recipe handed down from Binbin Buta in Toda.

I came to Japan from Vietnam as a student in 2010. In my first months, while my Japanese was still limited, I could not find a part-time job — for six months I had to rely on my parents back home to cover my living costs. That experience made me determined to help foreign residents in Japan find stable work and income, so they can study and build their lives with peace of mind.
After six years of study, I graduated and in 2016 founded a recruitment company for foreign talent. Over the following decade I helped several hundred people start jobs in restaurants, hotels, food factories, logistics centers and more.
In 2024 I founded JTS Corporation, working across both staffing and the restaurant business. Our goal is not just matching: it is for foreign talent to thrive at their companies and contribute to their growth — and for their own lives and careers to become richer through that process.
