Worker Dispatch Services (Hakken)

We dispatch foreign staff to worksites such as hotel housekeeping and warehouse sorting and picking, mainly across Tokyo and Chiba. We respond quickly to peak-season ramp-ups and sudden vacancies.

Experience managing large-scale sites: Our representative has experience managing more than 300 dispatched staff at a logistics center sorting site. Even on sites with large headcounts, we handle attendance management and shift coordination reliably.

How It Works

STEP 1

Request & consultation

Tell us the headcount, period and type of work you need.

STEP 2

Contract & staff selection

We conclude a worker dispatch master agreement and individual contracts, and select staff who meet your conditions.

STEP 3

Work begins

Dispatched staff start work. We accompany them on the first day and coordinate with the site.

STEP 4

Ongoing follow-up

We continue to operate in line with the law, including attendance and shift management and maintaining the dispatch destination management ledger.
