I came to Japan from Vietnam as an international student in 2010. In my first period here, when my Japanese was not yet sufficient, I struggled to find work — for the six months until a part-time job was decided, I had to cover my living costs with support from my parents in Vietnam. That experience made me strongly determined to support foreigners living in Japan so that they can obtain stable work and income and live with peace of mind.
After six years of study, I graduated from university and, in 2016, founded a recruitment company for foreign talent. In the roughly ten years since, I have helped several hundred foreign nationals find employment at a variety of workplaces — restaurants, hotels, food factories, logistics centers and more.
In 2024, as a new step, I founded JTS Corporation, and we now operate on two pillars: the staffing business and the restaurant business. Our purpose is not only matching. We sincerely hope for both of these things: that foreign talent can demonstrate their abilities at their companies and contribute to those companies' growth, and that, through that process, the lives and careers of the foreign talent themselves become richer.

Our directly operated ramen restaurant at 4-32-2 Ryogoku, Sumida-ku, a three-minute walk from the East Exit of Ryogoku Station. Our signature dish is a rich, creamy chicken paitan ramen, made by simmering chicken bones and vegetables at high heat — a bowl rich in collagen and packed with the flavor of chicken. We also serve tonkotsu miso ramen and spicy variations. Our soupless ramen — a personal favorite of the owner himself — is served with a recipe handed down from "Binbin Buta" in Toda. The fact that we ourselves operate a workplace where foreign staff work is also one of our strengths in the staffing business.
